Potato Pie with Cottage Cheese

 

Ingredients:

1kg potatoes

Small Leek

2 Eggs

2-3 Spoons of Flour

Oil to fry

20 dap of Cottage Cheese

½ glass of Sour Cream

Small Tomato, Salt and Pepper

 

Potatoes wash, peel and grind. White part of leek clean, rims, slices on small pieces.

Potatoes, leek, eggs, flour, salt and pepper thoroughly mix, Warm up an oil and put it by means of spoon portions of mixture. Frying both side to become ruddy. Cottage cheese crush by fork mix with sour cream. Tomato wash, cut in tiny circle and add into cottage cheese season with salt and pepper.

 

Pies serve with cottage cheese.
