Mushroom Soup

 

Ingredients:

 

6-8 litres of water

Pork meat cube

Carrot

Parsley

Leek

Celery

Onion

2 handfuls of dried coletuses

10 potatoes

Cream and Flour to make browned butter with flour

Dill

Salt and other spices to taste

 

Prepare meat and vegetable bullion. Cut dried mushrooms into thin strips and return to pot. Add diced potatoes. Season the soup to taste and add cream. Finally add chopped dill.
