Spicy Chicken Wings

 

Ingredients:

12 Chicken Wings

2 Slices of Ginger

 

Seasoning:

½ tsp salt

1 tbsp dark soy

¼ tsp sugar

1 tsp five spice powder

1 tsp wine

 

Method:

1) Thinly shred ginger.

 

2) Wash and pat dry chicken wings. Marinate with ginger and seasoning for 1 hour.

 

3) Deep fry chicken wings until golden brown. Remove and place on kitchen paper to absorb oil. Dish up and serve.

What kind of wine Cindy, red or white?   I assume it's red but I'm not too sure.
