Chinese Toast          

This is similar to French Toast often made locally.

 

Bread

Eggs

Sugar

Syrup

Oil for frying

Beat up the eggs and sugar.

Cut the bread into large chunky fingers.

Dip the bread fingers into the egg mixture.

Fry on all sides until crisp and brown

Serve hot with syrup.

Yummy.
