Potato Dumplings (PYZY)
Components: 2kg of potatoes
Ingredients: 0.5kg minced meat 1 glass of potato flour 2 eggs Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions: Grate 1kg of potatoes with a grater. Cook the rest of the potatoes in boiling, salted water. Knead potato mass with boiled potatoes adding flour. Work the meat in such the way that it should make a uniform mass and does not stick to hands. Then form it into stripes of 10cm in diameter. Combine minced meat with spices. Put a spoon of minced meat at the centre of each stripe and roll. Drop the dumplings into boiling, salted water and cook for 20 minutes. |
