Kopitke (“little hooves” means eaten with meat)
Ingredients: 1kg Potatoes 1 Egg 30g Flour 1 tbsp Potato Flour 40g Butter Salt
Boil the potatoes. Mash potatoes (through machine if you have one). Cool the potatoes. When the potatoes are cool add the flour, egg, salt to taste and press into a dough. Divide the dough into three portions. Make a long roll, the thickness of a finger, slice into 5cm lengths and put into boiling water. Boil for 1 minute, strain and pour melted butter over the potatoes. |

I'm going to try this one but I don't know what potato flour is.
