Deep fried Pork

 

Ingredients:

4 pieces pork sirloin 

1 cup plain flour

1 egg

2 cups breadcrumbs

Oil To Fry

1 cup BBQ sauce

salt & black Pepper

 

Place pork sirloin on a chopping board and beat with a beater several times to make the meat tender.

Sprinkle a little bit salt and black pepper on the pork sirloin.

Crack an egg into a bowl and beat with a fork.

Put flour and breadcrumbs in each bowls separately.

First coat the pork sirloin with flour and dip it into the beaten egg, then put the meat into the bowl of breadcrumbs.

Pour oil into a deep pot and then heat the oil.

Deep fry the pork sirloin until it is well done.

Serve with sauce.
