Temaki Sushi (easy and pleasant)

 

Ingredients:

3 cups Sushi Rice

3 tbsp Rice Vinegar (Japanese)

3 tbsp Sugar

2 tsp Salt

1 pack seaweed or more

Mayonnaise

Japanese soy sauce or Wasabi

 

Fillings:

Tuna Mayonnaise – 1 can of tuna, 1 tbsp of mayonnaise

1 pack of prawns

1 pack of seafood sticks

Sweet fried egg – 2 eggs, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp soy sauce

1 pack of smoked salmon

1 cucumber

Lettuce

 

Method:

1 Wash rice 4 times and put into the rice cooker and put in 3 cups of water and cook rice.

 

Next blend 3 tbsps rice vinegar, 3 tbsps sugar and 2 tsps salt.   Add cooked rice and sushi vinegar mix together and cool down the rice.

 

3 Make 2 sheets of fried eggs. 2 eggs and 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp soy sauce mix after fry and cool down. When cooled down cut as shown.

 

 

 


 

 

4 Prawn make a cut on the stomach side. As shown… Put into boiling water with salt and boil for 2 minutes.

 

 

 

 

 

 


5 Mix tuna and 1 tbsp mayonnaise.

 

6 Cucumber cut lengthwise and take off seed.

 

 

 

 

 7 Wash a lettuce

 8 Cut Seaweed into 1/4s

 9 Add all fillings and dish up the big plate and rice too.

How to eat:

The palm of the hand or on your plate. About 1 tbsp rice on ¼ of seaweed. Next, your choice of filling combination and wrap.

For example, prawn, cucumber and mayonnaise.

Dip into soy sauce and eat.

If you like put on Wasabi too.
