Chicken Curry

Ingredients

 

2lbs Chicken

2 medium onion paste                           

4tbsp oil                               

1tsp chili powder               

1tsp green chili chopped

1tsp gwam masala

1 large tomato, chopped        

1tsp lemon             

4tsp chopped coriander     

 

1. Heat oil in a pan.

2. Fry the onions till brown

3. Add chilli, Tomato Turmeric – Lemon Juice

4. Add chicken and still fry until brown.

5. Cook chicken until tender and covered with leaf.

6.  Add Gwam Masala stir it.

7. Add chopped coriander.

 

Serve with chapatti & Salad

 

 

Chicken Teriyaki

Ingredients:

 

400g chicken thigh            

2tbsp soy sauce                  

2tbsp mirin                        

2tbsp sake                         

 

1. Place Soy sauce, Mirin and Sake in a bowl.

2. Make some small gaps in a chicken with knife

3. Pour some oil into a pan and place the chicken skin side down.

4. When the skin burn slightly, turn over the chicken and fry 5mins.

5. Pour 1 source into the pan and fry continuously until the source is evaporated.

6. Cut the chicken and serve
