Pound Calie (Bablis)

Ingredients:

 

15g Butter

30g Sugar

15g Flour

15g Potato Flour

6 eggs

5 tbsp of milk

4 tsp of baking powder

vanilla sugar

 

Mix butter, sugar and egg yolk (zoethe) together until light and fluffy (punysty). Then add flour with baking powder and whipped egg white froth (white piaue). All mix together. Pour (whei) half of the cake into the baking tin (forme). Mix the second half with cocoa powder and then pour it in too. Bake for 45 minutes in a medium heated oven.
