Pak Choi (Chinese Cabbage)

 

Ingredients:

 

350g pak choi

20ml sesame oil

salt to taste

 

Wash pak choi and trim any damaged or discoloured leaves, then cut lengthways and blanche in salted boiling water for 1 -2 minutes. Remove form the saucepan and drain well.

 

Heat a wok or large frying pan with 20 ml of sesame oil, carefully and the pak choi and add season to taste and stir fry about 2 – 3 minutes. When cooked remove from the pan and serve.
