Steamed Fish

 

Ingredients:

 

1 Sea Bream (fish)

2 spring onions, chopped

20 g ginger, chopped

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 tbsp oil

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp salt

 

Mix together soy sauce, oil ginger, garlic, salt in a bowl and then marinade the fish with this sauce overnight.

 

In a steamer add the fish and cook for 30 minutes. Simply decorate with spring onions and serve with boiled rice.
