Potato Salad

• 500gm cooked potatoes

• gherkins in brine

• small cucumbers in brine

• 1 onion

• 300gm smoked bacon

• 2 hard boiled eggs

• 1 cooked carrot

• Half cup sour cream half cup mayonnaise

Hot or cold serve cold.
