Stir Fry
Ingredients: Beef/Pork or Chicken, Fresh Chilies, Garlic, Basil Leaves, Dark Soya Sauce, Fish Sauce and Sugar
1 Slice/Chop then cube the meat and leave.
2 Make sauce – pestle and mortar (pok pok) Grind/mash chilies and garlic together.
3 Heat oil in pan. When oil is hot put in chilies and garlic for 1 minute approx. Then add meat and a little salt and stir for 10 mins.
4 Then add the soya sauce, fish sauce and sugar and cook/stir everything for 10 minutes. Add the basil leaves (for aroma)
