DOLCE AL CIOCCOLATO (COCOA CAKE)
Ingredients: 200g plain flour 200g sugar 75g cocoa powder 3 eggs 3tsp baking powder 1 Glass of milk, 1/3pt ½ Glass of oil, 5 tbsp
Using a big bowl, put in the flour, add the sugar, the cocoa powder, the eggs, the milk, the oil, the baking powder. Mix all together with the mixer, after that put in to a baking tray large, 25.30 cm, put into the oven at 180ºC. Insert a cocktail stick. If it comes out clean the cake is ready. In another bowl mix together mascarpone and nutella until creamy spread in middle of cake. Sprinkle caster sugar on top. |
