Peas and Bacon

 

300gm brown peas

150gm smoked bacon

1 onion

 

Soak the peas overnight then strain, then boil for twenty mins.

Fry smoked bacon with the onion.

When cooked add together.

 

Serve with a drinking yogurt. Eat the peas drink the yogurt.

 

Serve hot.
