Spring Roll

 

Ingredients:

300g Chicken chopped

2 small packets of Grass Noodles

100g Bamboo Shoots

2 Carrots sliced

½ Cabbage sliced

Sunflower Oil and 1 tsp chopped Garlic

2 tsp Sugar

1 tsp Fish Sauce

2 tsp Soya Sauce

50 sheets of Rice Paper

1 tsp Ground Paper

Method:

Put 2 tsp sunflower oil in a frying pan. When hot, fry the garlic and when yellowed add the chicken and stir fry until brown. Add the vegetables, noodles and sauces and fry for 5 minutes. Leave to cool.

Put 1 tbsp on the rice paper and wrap it as a parcel.

Put cooking oil in frying pan and when it’s hot fry the parcels until golden brown.

 * Grass noodles put in boiling water for 1 minute and then cut into small pieces

Is the fish sauce you mention the same as fish stock, or is it a different ingredient?
