FISHING FOR FUN My best days fishing are when I go fishing holidays. When I went to Balloch I never caught anything so it was a bad days fishing. It is quite expensive to buy the rods and reels. It is worth it when you catch a fish. To go fishing you need to have a rod and reel, hooks, a line, floats and bait. I go to Gordons in Cambuslang to buy tackle where I also buy waterproofs and my rod-bag. I’ve been fishing for a few years and maggots or pinkies or worms or ground bait are some of the bait I’ve used but maggots are the best because they wriggle! Andrew
