Ingredients: 

Tin of corned beef, 1 small onion, 1 red pepper, lemon juice, paprika, mixed herbs and dried parsley.

Method: 

Chop red pepper and onion and tin of corned beef
        

Put it in the liquidiser
        
After it has been liquidised add 2 teaspoonfuls of lemon juice, 1 teaspoonful of paprika, mixed herbs and dried parsley. Don't liquidise too much or it will lose the texture.

Put it in a Tupperware dish and put in the fridge for a couple of hours.

Enjoy with toast, Ryvita and Crackerwheat.

OKay!!

 

It's good for slimmers is it.   Well 'I'LL TELL YOU BOY' this particular webmaster is in no need of rabbit food so you can shuv yer liquidised corned beef where the sun don't shine.

 

Incidentally, on a more positive tone, I've used this recipe before when my body was less than perfect (long time ago mind you).
