Answer 1

"Enjoy tea, coffee pies and biscuits at half time......"

Pies that taste of coffee would give this webmaster the boak.   But there's nothing wrong with this if a pie that tastes of coffee does exist- but I doubt if it does.   The sentence should have a comma after the word coffee.

"Enjoy tea, coffee, pies and biscuits at half time......"

If you want to learn more about the use of commas you could check out a programme called Target Skills which is available in Active IT areas in most libraries in South Lanarkshire.   The part of Target Skills that contains information on commas is Level 1 Literacy, Sentence Focus.   Even better, Contact Us and we will help you out.

Luxuary is spelled incorrectly, it should be:

"If you would like the luxury of our Hospitality Packages....."

Answer 5a and 5b

5a    " ANGLER'S SHOP "

5b    " MINERS WELFARE "

When you see an apostrophe in front of the letter 's' like the one shown above, that tells the reader there is only one angler.   I would not like to be the owner of a shop that caters for one angler.   Where you add the letter 's' to make the word tell the reader there is more than e.g. one angler then it is 's' apostrophe as shown below.

Answer 5a    " ANGLERS' SHOP "

In this case there is no apostrophe and as the Welfare caters for more than one miner then it is once again 's' apostrophe as shown below.

Answer 5b    " MINERS' WELFARE "

If you want to learn more about the apostrophe Contact Us.
