Sunshine

Bring me the sunshine in a cup and I'll paint the sky each day,
To make the world a happy place let the children play.
Flowers and trees grass and bees mother natures always there,
With rainbow colours all around magic is in the air...

Bring me the sunshine in a cup and I'll feed the starving nations,
Let the rain fall make things grow in the lands where the tears flow.
No more wars no more killing no more nuclear radiation,
Peace on earth I would bestow now everyone can live and grow...

Bring me the sunshine in a cup and I'll mend the broken hearted,
And meet again those we love from whom we have been parted.
To have a world as good as this it would be an advantage,
But ours is slowly breaking up and in need of a great big "Bandage"
