The film was great and you make the book sound just as good?

Saving Private Ryan by By Max Allan Collins

The storyline is easy to follow but very graphic detail. The soldiers you meet on this journey from the beaches on D Day. The horrors of war is told in great detail also the courage and self discovery of these young men.

The storyline is easy to follow and very graphic in detail. The soldiers you meet on this journey from Normandy beech to the day they find Private Ryan. It’s a story of the horrors of war, the Courage and self discovery of these young men. Capt John H Miller had the hard task of guiding these young men off the beaches and through the landscape of war.

The book became a very good war film and Academy Award winner for best Director for Steven Spielberg, and you have probably seen the film before reading the book and I think the book is a good read.

Gerry McCabe.
