Review of Albert Einstein book.

This summer I read a biography about Albert Einstein written by Michael Alcott. I borrowed it from the Big + collection at the Central Library, East Kilbride.

It is fairly short as it has 27 pages. There are 6 photos and 3 illustrations in the book which I liked because it was interesting to see what he looked like.

I thought this book was very interesting because it tells you about the private life as well as the work of one of the most important scientists of the 20th century. Most people have heard of his Theory of Relativity {E= mc2} even if they don't understand it.

Einstein was Jewish and I didn't know that he might have been killed by the Nazis if he hadn't escaped from Germany to the USA before the Second World War began.

I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys reading books about famous people.

Thank you for that Mr. Swan.

There are loads of that type of book at the libraries all over South Lanarkshire.   Just ask at your local library for the list.   They are designed to be good, not too heavy, reading.

How's about people contacting us and doing a review of some of the other books or films.
