My story by Helen Hunt.

When I lost my partner I thought my world had come to an end, I felt lost and lonely and for a few years I just tried to get on with things.   One day someone said I should get a computer, and that it would keep me busy so I bought a lap top which I soon found out was a big mistake. Anyway I heard of some computer classes that were being held at the local high school so I joined and immediately my life changed.  I meet some wonderful people and the teachers were great, I found a whole new world.

My very close friend and neighbour who is very much into computers found me a really nice desk set, for a price that I could afford and he helped me set it up.

I went onto the Internet and started to enjoy the experience of E Mails and chatting all over the world and found a new host of new friends, and with the help of the computer lessons I have started to live again. I am doing a second set of classes because I was a little slow to learn but now am beginning to understand it all,

I get transport to and from the school because I don’t walk to well.

10 out of 10 for all the teachers.

10 out of 10 for giving me back an interesting life.
