Confidence Since attending the class I have gained confidence and I am now more able to take messages over the phone at work. In the past this was something that I took great pains to avoid. Because my writing and spelling have improved I now also enjoy reading books, which previously was not a pleasure for me, and browsing in book shops and going to the library. I am more relaxed about asking questions when I am not sure about something and I’m also confident about filling in forms and trying out new things like working on the computer. Kate |
