THE HARDEST THING I'VE EVER DONE

The hardest thing I’ve ever done was leaving my Mum for the first time for a whole week to go on a school holiday to Dalguise.

I really did miss my Mum especially when I became ill on the second day. I was so sick and so weak that I couldn’t even get out of bed but nobody believed me and I was made to do all the activities. I thought I was going to die.

When my Mum picked me up from the school hall on Friday at 3 o’ clock, I just burst into tears because I was so happy to see her. When we got home after an hour I collapsed. I had to be rushed to hospital and found out that I had a bad kidney and chest infection and a bad ear infection. I had to be off school for two weeks.

While I was away I felt like I was in “I’m a celebrity, get me out of here” because Dalguise was like a nightmare and I thought I was going to die there, and I would never see my mother again.

This was the hardest thing I have ever done!
