THE SCARIEST MOMENT OF MY LIFE

The scariest moment of my life was when Victoria and I went with a friend to London Zoo. Victoria was 2 years old and seemed to be really enjoying herself. We were looking at the giraffes and I took her from the buggy so that she could look through the fence.

My friend was taking photos of the giraffe and when I turned round to get Victoria in the picture SHE WASN’T THERE!! There was no sign of her anywhere.

An old lady could see a crowd who had gathered further along. She asked if my child was wearing a pink cardigan. I said “Yes” and ran down to the crowd.

 There she was as bold as brass stroking the very sharp horns of a mountain goat. The zoo keeper said she had managed to crawl into the pen. The whole crowd was hysterical with laughter. The zoo keeper went into the pen and everyone cheered. She waved to the goats and said “Bye bye.”

This picture was captured and now we can laugh about it, but it was the scariest moment of my life! (still to add picture)
