A Day at the Scottish Parliament .

On Monday 23rd of March a group from Community Learning went to Edinburgh to visit the Parliament.

We got a tour of the Parliament. The design of the building is based on boats and leaves which represents boats coming into Scottish ports.

I enjoyed the tour from an educational point of view. I did not like the building, inside or out. I think it's an embarrassment to Scotland. To think foreign dignitaries will come to visit and see the Scottish Parliament poorly designed and to think of the money it cost!

Thanks Archie.

Many people agree with you.   It's not a traditional building and I have changed my mind over the years.
