WHERE AM I?

I am in a big green area which is full of noise and wonder.  I can also see a big body of water which has lots of boats in it.  I can see and hear birds and other creatures of nature.  In the distance I can hear the sounds of screams and laughter of children having fun. 

Where in Scotland am I?
